Our excellence is rooted in our diversity. The steering group (6 female and 5 male) are diverse in age, experience and work in many different art forms as directors, writers, actors, producers, designers and choreographers. Some are new graduates and others established cultural leaders.  Between us, we speak over 10 languages and have worked all over the UK and globally.  Scroll through to read more about us.
